Hooksett Looks to Decrease Students Going to Non-Manchester Schools
Interesting article in the UL "Print only" about the Hooksett SD looking to decrease the number of students going to Non-Manchester schools. I know some people have always had a bone to pick with "schools outside Manchester" that sometimes have a Hooksett athlete here or there going to non-Manchester schools.
Here's the blurb in the online edition of the UL:
Only In Print: Hooksett tightens school waivers

HOOKSETT — Despite a contractual agreement that sends high school students from Hooksett to Manchester high schools, the number of Hooksett students opting to attend a different area high school has increased in recent years. School officials now aim to bring that number down.
