Div II Girls Tournament

After already pulling an upset over the 5 seeded Hollis/Brookline, The 12th seeded Lady Generals have pulled another upset in beating the 4 seed Merrimack Valley. Also last I heard, Windham was down by about 20 at half narrowed it down to 5 going into the 4th.

Souhegan beat Windham 61-55.

Kennett won 66-41,

Mellissa Frase scored here 1000 point,

the defending Champs are hitting their stride as the might be having a rematch with lebannon

Only this time Lebanon isn't coming of a quadruple overtime game and a flu bug

Yes well hopefully Frase does not pick up her 4th foul in the second quarter either.

Plus Kennett big are better then they were last year, White and Kitter are both Sophomore and White played a lot last year but did not start.

And they have the best girls player in the whole state, Ms. Wagner

Souhegan is the #12 seed and are putting together a nice litte cinderella run after their win tonight. The get John Stark in teh Semis on Monday night who beat #4 Merrimack Valley 52-43.

Assistant other way around Stark is the 12 as I said earlier beating number 4 MV, as well as Number 5 H/B in the first round. Souhegan girls are the 1.

Windham should be congratulated on a great 1st year of Varsity. No Seniors on that team either, they're going to be a force for the next few years...
