Yes.  The tournament is a fundraiser for Portsmouth Babe Ruth Baseball.  The brackets are on the web site.  Here you go:

I'm not sure, but I think it might be O'Donnell Insurance. The brackets haven't been updated, so I'm not sure when they play next. The nhsportspage guys would probably know.
