Feb. 7th Games
Timby at Alvirne: Hope to get a report from Bosco on this one.
West at Dover: The Blue Knights are starting to show some life.
South at Keene: Long season will continue for Blackbirds.
Pinkerton at Merrimack: Mid-season sickness strikes the Astro players and their Loss column.
Concord at Spaulding: A grinder game for sure.
Bedford at Salem: I'm expecting a close one.
BG at Trinity: Holy Moly a big battle at McHugh. BG needs this one to maintain a Top 4 seed.

w/r/t: BG v trinity...
Is it certain that the game is at McHugh? I had heard an alternate location was possible, e.g. @snhu... Does anyone know for sure??

Timberlane @ Alvirne: At some point the Owls will get underestimated by someone and shock the world. Is it tonight?
West @ Dover: Dover went 11-16 from 3 in the first half against Timby. Up-tempo is their thing. Dover.
South @ Keene: South gets the medicine it needs in the schedule after a tough loss yesterday. South.
Pinkerton @ Merrimack: Pinky is Green Bay without Aaron Rodgers. Merrimack.
Bedford @ Salem: Bedford starting to make their move and Salem getting exposed. Bedford.
BG @ Trinity: Everything I know about basketball tells me Trinity. Which is why I'm taking the upset. BG.
Concord @ Spaulding: Concord isn't ready to go to the Rec Center and pull this upset. Spaulding.

Re: Feb. 7th Games
How about the game of the night that was covered by zero publications including the Concord Monitor (at least not in the online edition) . Do they not cover PA when its a game they "should roll and put up a hundred" as a few fans were discussing pregame (to Welch and Williams) within earshot of the Plymouth players. Overall, yes, the fans and the atmosphere were great. Down 14 in the first quarter and the ball with last shot of the game. Get PA in foul trouble and their depth is really in question. My point was more towards the Concord Monitor than PA fans.

Re: Feb. 7th Games
Where's the outrage over the 64 point differential in the Portsmouth win over Kingswood... Pembroke only won by 63, so those PA haters should really be shining brightly today ...
It seems Portsmouth has certainly exposed PA's weakness... I got to see a little bit of Plymouth earlier this year when they played Windham. So it's not a stretch for them to have done well against PA in my mind. Should be a very competitive final 4 in D2 and having a quarterfinal upset certainly isn't out of the realm of possibilities.

Your right JAF,
Portsmouth Jac@#$^&*ss move running it up on hapless Kingswood. Doesn't make it any more acceptable for PA.
There's a big difference between being good and being classy. Trinity and Guertin didn't humiliate Timberlane.

Re: Feb. 7th Games
Doesn't take a rocket scientist to understand JAF's point! The fact that so many stood in line to accuse PA's 63 point win over Kingswood as "classless" then not have anyone (especially you) accuse Portsmouth of the same when the beat them by even more, just overwhelmingly solidifies the PA bashing (that was his point). We know you HATE PA, you've made that quite obvious, you take very opportunity to crap on them very chance you get. That point of this forum is to state an opinion but you have such a negative agenda it's hard to take you seriously. I was IN the PA fan section and can honestly say there were absolutely NO Plymouth players sitting within earshot to "hear us say we'd roll over" them. PA took them as a serious team to beat, at 9-2 how could they not? You're just trying to start more trouble!

Re: Feb. 7th Games
Just wanted to say im obviously a Plymouth supporter and was also at the game at Pembroke and the players and fans were great had a great night of basketball and believe it was a shame there were no media outlets there to cover it, being from Plymouth were used to it especially when it comes to anything except football.I believe it should have been the game of the week.
