New Hampshire Speed Agility & Quickness One Day Camp
Dear Coaches/Athletes & Parents:
For the 21st century athlete, the most important athletic attributes for success and in almost every sport are explosive speed, agility & quickness skills. Icebox Athlete – the nation’s foremost provider of one-day athletic excellence camps and training tools – has partnered with the New Hampshire Technical Institute Men’s Soccer team and will be coming to Concord NH on July 24th, 2010, to teach athletes how to train like elite athletes for significant improvements in explosive speed, agility & quickness.

This one day camp takes athletes from all sports through 4 hours of explosive speed, agility & quickness training. The camp will also provide each athlete with a full athletic profile evaluation including radar timed acceleration, agility, core strength, lower and upper body power output to provide them with important benchmarks and future goals/improvements to shoot for.

* Multi-test Individual Athletic Evaluation Testing and Reports
(Acceleration, Agility, Quickness, Core Strength/Endurance, Power)
* Peak Performance Goal Setting to Encourage/Track Future Athletic Improvements
Spencer Wood (President of Iceboxathlete) will be heading this one day athletic excellence camp. Spencer has traveled the Globe as an author, teacher and speaker on explosive speed, agility & quickness training. He has spoken at events such as Peru’s 2003 international conference on Athletic Excellence, the Nike Coach of the Year Awards in DC, the 2005, 2006, 2008, and 2010 NCAA Final Four, the 2009 BCA National Awards Convention, 2010 ABCA National Conference, and the NSCAA convention 2006-2008. He is a National Academy of Sports Medicine Performance Enhancement Specialist & NSCA-CSCS exercise specialist, and his workshops with championship teams at the US Olympic Training Center, professional leagues such as the NBA, and multiple teams in the Big East, Big Ten, ACC, Big Twelve, and SEC Conferences have garnered international media coverage on networks such as NBC and ESPN.
These camps usually take around 4½ hours, with attendees aged 8-22 from sports such as Basketball, Soccer, Football, Track & Field, Baseball, Volleyball, Softball (Fastpitch), Wrestling, Tennis, & Ice Hockey being taught the fundamental & safe route to explosive speed, agility & quickness.
