Girls Division II Championship

Lebanon completed their perfect season tonight at SNHU, defeating a game Portsmouth squad 48-41. Portsmouth had a lot of trouble with the Lebanon press early on and fell behind big, but battled back to trail by four at halftime. They were unable to get the Lebanon lead below six in the second half. Congratulations to both teams!

Tons of heart from the Portsmouth Girls tonight. Really could've packed it in when they got down big in the first half. They couldn't even inbound the ball at times, Dan Parr had to use 4 of his 5 time outs.

Congrats to Lebanon on going wire to wire, and to Portsmouth for showing such guts.
