Why was the freshman tourney post locked
Who decided to do and why
there was a decent conversation going on and there was no name calling or anything negative I am not sure why it was done.

To Sensitive
We are being to sensitive when it comes to closing discussions in my opinion. We are all adults and can debate. No one was bashing we were debating. I am with Goldenbear no reason to lock it.

Re: Why was the freshman tourney post locked
I probably did unintentionally. I have been on my phone and the touch screen gets funky when the battery wanes. I was trying to reply earlier when my phone went into"orange" mode and went down.
I unlocked it.
I unlocked it.

When I locked I was trying to split
Sorry... What I did was split the topic into Central's Freshmen tourney today which is pretty much about the games today.
The other posts I split into a thread about athletic funding in difficult economic times.
I don't think we're really too sensitive here about posting but I think that the offshoot conversations are overtaking game threads and that isn't really right, in my opinion.
Hopefully, the people who want to debate budgetary decisions can discuss in that thread and any freshman hoopsters or fans who go to that thread won't read about the dollars and cents.
I tried to split it as best I could, but I'm new to this, so take it as an honest effort.
