Wednesday 1/20
We got some Wednesday night D1 match ups.
Salem v. Trinity
Trinity is a scary team if they could figure it out. Walsh can flat out score, Trickett does all the little things and their Frosh, Santos I think, is going to be something special. Salem has probably one of the best big men in the state and I think he will take over tonight. Trinity needs to find a way to force Salem to score outside of the paint tonight, and I don't think they will be able to. Salem Wins.
Concord v. Timby
This is a tough one to call as I have not seen Timby play. These two used to be fierce rivals battling at the bottom of the D1 standings, but now Timby is playing D2 and playing well. I think Timberlane gets hot and home. Timberlane wins.
After last night I am struggling and in need of a couple of wins. . . 21-9

Re: Wednesday 1/20
Unfortunately NH12345, I am going against your picks on both games tonight.
Salem v Trinity - Salem tends to get consistently over rated. Bigs for Salem wither against teams with strong bigs...see Pinkerton and Bedford games. Walsh / Trickett fall into this category. Couple that with the loss of Gott, and that Trinity has seen most of the top 8 in D1 already, I'm taking Trinity.
( Have to say that I do like Dodier from Salem. He's got heart. Sometimes a little excitable. But he plays hard every second.)
Concord v Timberlane - I have not seen either team yet. Neither look great on paper. When in doubt, go with the higher Division team. Concord pulls it out.
