Coach Dunn on Crecco: “Kirk is a combo guard that can play either spot and has great basketball sense. He can score the ball and shoot the ball, and I think it is going to be tough to keep him off the floor in years to come. He needs to work on his strength and defensive ability.”
Re: Kirk Crecco - Darthmouth Big Green
Kirk's headed into his Sophmore year for the little green, updated his profile information:
Crecco hit the weight room hard during the off-season, putting on 20 pounds of muscle … extra bulk could help him gain more playing time at shooting guard or small forward … shooting ability makes him a viable candidate to come off the bench and contribute as soon as he enters the game.
FRESHMAN (2008-09)
Got 12 minutes off the bench right off the bat in the season opener at Army … scored first career points versus Plymouth State, hitting 2-of-5 from the floor and his lone three-pointer of the season … contributed 10 minutes to the cause in the overtime win at Harvard … picked the pocket of a Cornell player for his only steal.
