Dan Duval Passes away at 54
Dan Duval passed away yesterday afternoon at the age of 54. I am still collecting my thoughts and am some what numb to this sad development. Dan lead Trinity to back to back basketball titles in 1975 and 1976. He was an all state performer in basketball and football. He was pretty good at baseball too.
Report has it heart problems is the reason why Danny died. This is such a paradox because in my 40 years of watching high school sports in NH no one played with more heart than Dan Duval. He was one of the toughest SOBs to ever go between the lines for athletic contests in NH. I will easily say he might be one of the 10 greatest athletes ever to come out of Manchester.
I am mentally frozen thinking about this sad passing. I will post more in time.
