People say they are not the game they just had a huge impact on the Cuse game

the lane violation and the ball of of Trish huge huge awful calls

not to mention a goal tending call

I dont get why people that get paid to do something can be that bad at something

If I was that bad at any of the jobs I would do I would be fired

Even the announcers were saying the ref's were bad.

You don't hear that to often, unless you listen to Justin. Very Happy

Tf I want you to answer this over and not muck up the basketball board

If you the refs let them play and play physical do you think that leads to more cheap stuff as the game goes on in HS

as a middle school coach I know it does but my kids are 13 and 14 years old and cant emotionally handled it they are just to young, some one hits them over and over again and no call then they will take it to the next level on D, but it is an immaturity thing on their part. And that is where the bench comes in nicely.

In my defense, it was a chorus among the media, I just happened to have a live mic Laughing

I agree the refs made some poor calls down the stretch. I could also argue that both teams made decisions and plays throughout the 40 minutes of basketball that affected the outcome. Both the refs and teams made mistakes. That needs to be acknowledged.

Syracuse is the better team and should have won....I'm not losing sleep over this...but feel free to debate!m cyclops

I agree that UNCA made mistakes, (as did Syracuse) but the mistakes, by the refs, had they not been made could've swayed the momentum/emotions of UNCA. The Goal-Tending was rather early so while it was a really bad call there were still plenty of chances for them to still win, but the lane violation and the out of bounds call were in crunch time in which UNCA could've taken the lead or tied the game on that next possesion and were never allowed to because Syracuse luckily got to keep the ball and extend the lead. Yeah you could say UNCA had the chance to stop them but really they should've never been in the situation where they had too.

Mike & Mike in the Morning talking about how bad the ref's were in the Cuse game.

I don't care one way or the other, but these ref's shouldn't do another game this tourny.

"Federal authorities are investigating suspended Auburn point guard Varez Ward for alleged point shaving involving at least two games this season....."
I'm just thinking players do it. Officials have done it. I can't remember the NBA guy.
Not saying that's the case with the NHIAA or even the Syracuse game but the Auburn story seems interesting.
Maybe some guys just are not very good. They look to make a call when there was none. Or maybe they choke on their whistle like the kid who misses a foul shot in a big situation. Who knows?

Watch the end of the BAMA game. Kid takes a 3, gets hit on his elbow, clear foul. NO CALL. Kid throws up an air ball.

The 1st round of this tourny has been poorly officiated.

Assistant the refs get paid the players do not especially in HS,

I do not care if the players in the game make mistake they have defensive pressure on them and pressure to win, refs have zero pressure jsut call what happened not what you think happened

Most refs in NH make more in a season than coaches do,
